Enterprise: User Statuses

Note: The number of users in each status for each organization will be displayed. If you have created Regions, each organization and its corresponding status information will be displayed within their respective region.

  1. Go to Accounts, then choose the status you want to report on: “Volunteer Statuses”; "Client Statuses"; "Donor Statuses"; "Member Statuses", found in the sidebar

  2. Optional: Click either [Export data to CSV] or [Export data to Excel] to export the status summary information to a spreadsheet

Enterprise: Schedule Statuses

  1. Go to Accounts, then click on “Schedule Statuses” found in the sidebar

  2. In the “Filters” section, select the desired accounts to include in the display. If you have created Regions, your accounts will be displayed within their respective region. You can select individual accounts, some/all accounts in a region or all accounts in your enterprise

  3. Mouse over the desired date square to see the status of all scheduled activity assignments on that day for all selected accounts.

    • From here, you can click on the “Details” link to open a window that displays the information with one row for each account that has scheduled activities running on that day

Enterprise Comparison Hours Report

About this feature: This report allows you to see a breakdown of your volunteers’ contributions (hours and numerical feedback fields) by week, month, quarter, and year, and compare them to the previous timespan.

  1. Go to Accounts, then click on “Volunteer Hours” found in the sidebar

  2. Select the desired tab at the top:

    • Year

    • Quarter

    • Month

    • Week

  3. Click the […to Date] or [Entire…] button

Note: If you have created Regions, each organization and its corresponding status information will be displayed within their respective region.
