Volunteer Profile and Application Section Headers

About this feature: Additional helpful text information or descriptions can be added to headings above particular sections, found on a volunteer’s profile or the application forms, to assist volunteers in filling in the requested information. 

  • Go to: Configuration, then click on “Application Form Settings” found in the sidebar under Recruitment. 
  1. Select the application form you would like to customize; click on the tab:  
    • Volunteer 1 
    • Volunteer 2 
    • Volunteer 3 
  1. Scroll down to the Step Two Settings section 
  1. Form Headers: Enter custom text that will display above the sections: 
    • General Availability 
    • General Interests 
    • Qualifications 
    • Custom Fields/Additional Information 
  1. Click the [Save] button at the top (or bottom) of the page
