New Volunteer Email Message (Welcome Email)

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Application Form Settings” found in the sidebar under Recruitment. 
  1. Select the application form you would like to customize; click on the tab:  
    • Volunteer 1 
    • Volunteer 2 
    • Volunteer 3 
  1. Scroll down to the General Settings section 
  1. Send Email: Check box if you would like an email automatically sent to each new applicant following completion of the form 
  1. New Volunteer Email Message: enter your custom message in the text box 
  1. Click the [Save] button at the top (or bottom) of the page 

Note: The sender email address of the Welcome Email will reflect the email address listed in the Organization Settings >> Contact Information at the time the email was sent to the new applicant.
