Organizational Default Timeclock Permissions
- Go to: Configuration, then click on “Hours and Timeclock Settings” found in the sidebar under Activities
- Scroll down to “Timeclock Settings”
- Set the Default Timeclock Permission for the organization: timeclock permission for timeclocks on a computer, or mobile phone, if permitted (cannot log hours, can log hours with approval, can log hours without approval)
- Note: This can be different from the setting you apply for volunteers logging hours through their “Hours” tab on their MyImpactPage.com profile.
- Click the [Save] button
Individual Timeclock Permissions
You can have a volunteer follow a rule that is different than the one set in Organizational Default Permissions:
- Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar.
- Click on the volunteer’s name when it appears in the list
- In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section and select “Volunteer”
- Set the desired “Log Hours Permission” and/or “Timeclock Permission” for the volunteer
- Click the [Save] button
