July 2026 - 4x15 Update

New feature release: Monday, July 13th, 2026, 10:00pm EST

Activity Age Requirement

Administrators can now set age requirements directly on activities, making it easier to manage age-based eligibility for volunteer opportunities.

Administrators can now:

  • Set a minimum age, maximum age, or both on any activity.

  • Display age requirements to volunteers before they sign up.

  • Automatically prevent volunteers who do not meet the requirement from signing up.

If a volunteer's date of birth is already on file, the system automatically checks whether they meet the age requirement during signup. If a date of birth is not available, the volunteer is prompted to provide it before completing the signup. Once entered, it is saved to their profile for future use.

Age requirements are also displayed on public activity pages, giving prospective volunteers clear expectations before they apply or sign up.

Enterprise Public Page

Minimalist Template & Location-Based Search

The Minimalist template is now available for Enterprise Public Pages, bringing a clean, modern design to your public-facing volunteer recruitment experience.

Enterprise administrators can now:

  • Choose between the Legacy and Minimalist templates.

  • Preview the Minimalist template before making it live.

  • Switch between templates at any time while preserving the settings for both.

The Minimalist template includes a customizable landing page, featured opportunities, and simplified social media links, giving organizations greater flexibility when designing their public recruitment pages.

We've also introduced a new location-based search option for Enterprise Public Pages. As an alternative to the existing classification-based search, volunteers can now search for opportunities by Country, Province/State, and City, making it easier to find opportunities in the locations that matter most.

Scheduled Emails

Now Available on All Accounts

Scheduled Emails are now available on all accounts, making it easier to plan volunteer communications in advance.

Other Updates

We've also made several additional improvements across the platform:

  • Improved the dialog displayed when assigning volunteers to overlapping activities.

  • Improved logging and event throttling for Organization Member creation and Bulk Email sending to help protect against misuse.

  • Activity categories now remain collapsed when navigating between pages in the Manage Activities section.

  • Save, Cancel, and Validate Profile buttons have been added to the top of the Contact tab when editing a volunteer profile.

  • On Application Forms, the required indicator for the Province/State field is now hidden for countries that do not use provinces or states.

  • Enterprise Social Media Settings have been updated to match organization-level settings, with separate sections for Social Media Widgets and Social Media Links.
