Scheduled Emails
Administrators can now schedule emails to be sent at a future date and time.
Prepare your message in advance and choose when it should be delivered - anywhere between 1 hour and 30 days from the current time.
Ideal for reminders, announcements, onboarding sequences, and time-sensitive communications;
View and manage all scheduled emails from a dedicated Scheduled Emails page;
Track the status of each email;
Reschedule, cancel, or copy scheduled emails;
For sent emails, access the associated email history record directly from the scheduled email.
This feature gives you greater flexibility and control over your communication strategy, without needing to manually send emails at a specific moment.
Double the Donation Integration
Better Impact now supports employer volunteer incentive programs through an integration with Double the Donation.
Organisations can enable the integration by entering and validating their keys;
Volunteers can search for and save their employer within the portal and mobile app;
Registration information syncs automatically when volunteers sign up, are marked available, assigned, or autoassigned to shifts;
Unscheduled activities are supported;
Registrations from Individual profiles are sent;
Group profiles are not included.
