Giving a User Administrator Access

Updated over 2 weeks ago

👀 Do you have a Volunteer (or Client) that you would like to have administrative access to the software? No need to create a separate profile for them, you can just enable the Administrator module on their current user profile.

👉 User Profile: While looking at a profile, you can tell which modules they currently have. In the example below, Rose is both an Accepted Volunteer and an Active Administrator.

👉 Adding a Module: When a profile is open, clicking on the Miscellaneous tab (under the Main tab) will bring you to the area to adjust which modules the profile can access as well as what their status is in each of these modules.

Clicking on the Administrator tab will then provide you with a drop down to make this profile an Active Admin.

👉 User Profile: Once a profile has had the Administrator module added, you then can pick whether they have full access to the software or a limited/module access by clicking on Update Administrator Role.
