You have a Limited Admin Role. Limited Admin Roles are created by your organization and associated with admin profiles that require access to view, create, modify and/or delete only specific features within the organization’s account.
With a Limited Admin Role, there will be some features you find referenced in the Better Impact Help Center, Training Videos, and other resources that do not appear in the menu.
For support with these features, please reach out to a Full Administrator for your organization. This may be a supervisor, IT person, or another Volunteer Leader responsible for the setup of your system.
