👀 Did you know that you can receive email notifications for certain key actions made by your volunteers, donors, clients, and/or members? You can also preview the user portal directly from your admin account.

👉 Email Notifications: Admins can choose which email notifications they receive by checking the appropriate boxes in their own profile under Miscellaneous >> Administrator sub-tab. A few examples are:

  • When Volunteers sign up for and cancel shifts

  • Completed eLearning Modules

  • New applicants

  • New donations

👉 Previewing the User View: When an Administrator profile is set up to include the Volunteer, Donor, Client, and/or Member module(s), it is easy to preview My Impact Page by simply switching back and forth from the profile menu.

  • Add a module, go to the Miscellaneous tab of the admin’s profile and select the appropriate module tab. Then choose a status (other than Archived) from the Status dropdown and save.

  • Switch to user view, select the profile icon in the top right of the screen and select “Switch to User View” or “Switch to Volunteer View”

  • Switch back to administrator view, select “Switch to Administrator View” under the My Profile menu on the right.

NOTE: If a module was just added to the profile, it could take 10 – 15 min to update and allow the switch to user view.
