👀 Use the Personal Message like a sticky note to appear on a volunteer’s home page when they are viewing their My Impact Page or logging in using the Time Clock.

👉 Reminders: The Personal Message is great for reminders. For example, after sending an email to remind a volunteer to log their hours, updating the personal message will ensure they see the reminder again the next time they log in or clock on.

👉 Sensitive Information: The Personal Message works well for private or sensitive information that should not be emailed. Because this only appears to the volunteer(s) chosen and is only visible on their My Impact Page, any sensitive information is password protected and can only be viewed when the volunteer is logged in.

👉 Recognition: The Personal Message is a great way to personalize a thank you to team members who went the extra mile to fill a shift of provided extra support in other ways.

👉 Last minute instructions: Because the Personal Message can be viewed at the time a volunteer logs on, it can be used with great effect to provide last minute information about shift changes, or to request that the volunteer might call into your office before they end their day.

🤩 Admin Tip: Need more than one volunteer to receive the same Personal Message? Add a Personal Message in bulk from the Communicate menu.
