- Go to: People, then click on “Search”
- Module and Status Filters: select the desired statuses to include in the search.
- Optional: Communications Filters”, select the desired option.
- Optional: “Group Filters”, select the desired option.
- Optional: Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add other options to your search
- Click the [Search] button to run your search
- Scroll down to the “Search Results”
- Mouse over the Options icon to the left of a name
- Select “Edit”
- Click on a tab to edit the contents of that section of the profile:
- Main:
- Dashboard
- Contact Information
- Custom Fields
- Qualifications
- General Interests
- General Availability
- Miscellaneous
- Committees
- Classifications (only visible if your organization is part of an enterprise)
- Reports: view summary information, note log entries, etc.
- Main:
- Click the [Save] button on any page you have edited
