Change Template Active Status

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “General Interest Templates” found in the sidebar under Recruitment 
  1. Check the box beside each template you wish to change the status of (or check the box at the bottom beside “Select All” to select all General Interest Templates) 
  1. At the bottom, select the appropriate option in the “Change Selected” drop list: 
    • Set to Active 
    • Set to Inactive 
  1. Click the [Set to Active] or [Set to Inactive] button (based on your selection above) to change the active status of the selected General Interest Templates 

Note: If you only wish to change the active status of one General Interest Template, you can edit it and change the status by unchecking the “Active” box.
