IMPORTANT: The Quick Search feature will not retrieve profiles that have been archived.
About this feature: The Quick Search Bar will try to match the text you have typed with the first or last name fields on profiles. If you type in a space, it will try to match the start of the first name, and then the start of the last name. The search will produce only the top 10 matches.
Click the person icon at the top of the screen
Type the person’s name into the Quick Search Bar.
Click on the person’s name from the list that appears.
From the profile screen you can:
Edit the profile
Communicate with the person
Print the profile
Click the print icon at the top
Switch to View Mode
Click the View Mode icon at the top
Within “View Mode”, all profile sections do not need to be open, via the Hide / Show All Sections [+/-] button in order to print the complete profile.
