Introduction to eLearning Modules
Updated over 2 months ago

About this feature: eLearning Modules help organizations provide training to volunteers in a cost effective and schedule friendly manner. Multiple choice questions and a passing percentage are created to determine the understanding of the material provided to volunteers. A volunteer that successfully completes the module will automatically be assigned the associated qualification level, while those who do not, will be able to retake the module.

Please note: The qualification will be automatically assigned to the volunteer’s profile, regardless of the permission settings on the qualification, without requiring admin approval.

Important: If a volunteer completes an e-learning module and they already have the qualification level with an expiry date beyond the “valid for” days selected for that module, their expiry date will remain the same. If the qualification level changes after completing the module, then the expiry date will be updated.

Note: By default, volunteers will be logged off automatically after 30 consecutive minutes of inactivity in the software. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on including training content, such as videos or links, that will require volunteers to navigate away from this site.
