This is often the artificial intelligence behind the browser using an algorithm and not the Better Impact software. You may have heard this also referred to as reCAPTCHA.
Here are a couple of things you could suggest or try to get around the reCAPTCHA falsely flagging a robot:
Use a different browser, sometimes there is a plugin or extension on the browser that makes it look like it's a robot (or if using Google Chrome and you have a google account, log in and try again)
Use a different device, such as your mobile phone, or iPad/tablet instead of a PC/Mac.
Interact with the page more before clicking the submit button. For example, typing in the box and clearing it, and typing again, or even just opening the page, letting it sit for a minute or three, and then trying it.
