👀 Volunteer appreciation week is this month! Badges are an easy way to acknowledge the milestones your volunteers’ reach while serving with your organization.

👉 Badges are customizable icons that appear automatically on the volunteer's dashboard when they meet certain criteria. Administrators set them up in the Configuration menu under Profile Customization using four possible criteria:

  • Qualifications: Acknowledge completed trainings, placement into a role, or any other custom milestone for your program.

  • Lifetime Hours: Recognize when a volunteer’s total count of hours reaches the increments set for each badge.

  • Volunteer Anniversary: Celebrate milestone years of service, these badges look at the volunteer’s Date Joined and appear as they reach the designated number.

  • Feedback Fields: Available for numeric feedback fields, these badges appears when a volunteer’s total number logged for the field reaches each milestone set.

👉 Badge images can be made with the provided templates or with custom images created by your organization. Here is where they appear for the volunteer:
