Feedback Fields vs. Client Reporting Fields
Feedback Fields vs. Client Reporting Fields
Updated over 2 weeks ago

👀 Feedback Fields and Client Reporting Fields offer different ways to track volunteer and client interactions. Here are some things to consider when deciding to use one or both of these options.

_________________________

👉 Feedback Fields are entered with logged hours. This allows the data collected to be reported with the hours logged by the volunteer. Consider using these if your program requires reports including volunteer information, logged hours, and information about services provided to the client for each interaction.

👉 Client Reporting Fields are not linked to logged hours and require a separate report for Client Encounters. Consider using these for interactions where logged hours aren’t necessary or for separate information needed about the client interactions outside of the data logged with the hours entries.

🤩 Admin Tip: When an Activity has a Client associated to it, the logged hours and feedback fields for that activity will show up on the Client profile in addition to the hours and feedback reports.
