Hours can be collected in the following ways:
Logged by the volunteer via
typically this is done by the volunteer after they have volunteered that day
The Mobile Timeclock, Timeclock or Express Timeclock
requires volunteers to clock in and out via a timeclock function available through the MyImpact app or a kiosk on site
one volunteers are a time
for multiple volunteers at once
Logged by the software - Auto Log Hours
First you will want to adjust your Hours and Timeclock Permission Settings which will determine which method for logging hours your volunteers have access to.
