About this feature: Email Template Folders enable administrators to organize their email templates.
Add New Email Template Folder
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Select [Add New Folder]
Enter the name
Select [Save]
Edit Email Template Folder
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Using the options icon next to the folder, select “Edit”
Make the desired changes
Select [Save]
Delete Email Template Folder
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Using the options icon next to the folder, select “Delete”
Confirm your selection by clicking [Delete]
Any email templates in that folder will be moved to “not in a folder”
Add Email Template to Folder
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Using the option icon next to the email template, select “Edit”
Choose the folder for this email template
Select [Save]
View Email Template Folder
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Use the ‘+’ icon next to the folder name to expand the folder and view the templates
OR use the options icon next to the folder name to select [View].
Bulk Management of Email Templates
Go to: Communications >> Email Templates
Select the desired email templates
Click the "Change Selected" drop down at the bottom of the page
Select
Move to Folder or
Remove from Folder
Confirm your selection
