Reactivate Archived Clients

Reactivate One Client 

  1. Go to: People, then click on “Search” 
  1. Search for the client you would like to make active again  
  1. Mouse over the Options icon beside the client 
  1. Click on “Edit” 
  1. In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section 
  1. In the “Client” section, select a Status from the dropdown menu 
  1. Click the [Save Status] button 

Reactivate Multiple Clients 

  1. Go to People, then click on “Bulk Client Status Change” found in the sidebar under Clients 
  1. Search for the desired profiles to change 
  1. Check the box beside each person requiring a status change (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom) 
  1. Click the [Update Status] button 
  1. Select the status to apply to all selected clients 
  1. Click the [Update Status] button
