Adding Back a Client that was Removed

If you have removed a client profile and now would like to have that client back in your organization, you’ll need to: 

  1. Generate the link to your Client Application Form 
  1. Send that link to the client that was removed 
  1. Have them re-apply, starting on the right-hand side of the page, labelled “I already have a username” 
  1. Once the application has been re-submitted, you will once again see their profile in your organization account.
