Archive Client Profiles

Archive One Client 

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar. 
  1. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears. 
  1. In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section 
  1. In the “Client” section, select “Archived” from the Status dropdown list 
  1. Click the [Save Status] button 

Archive Multiple Clients 

  1. Go to People, then click on “Archive Clients” found in the sidebar under Clients 
  1. Search for the desired profiles to change 
  1. Check the box beside each person requiring a status change (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom) 
  1. Click the [Archive Clients] button 
  1. Click to confirm that you understand that this process cannot be reversed 
  1. Click the [Archive Clients] button
