Reactivate One Client
- Go to: People, then click on “Search”
- Search for the client you would like to make active again
- Mouse over the Options icon beside the client
- Click on “Edit”
- In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section
- In the “Client” section, select a Status from the dropdown menu
- Click the [Save Status] button
Reactivate Multiple Clients
- Go to People, then click on “Bulk Client Status Change” found in the sidebar under Clients
- Search for the desired profiles to change
- Check the box beside each person requiring a status change (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom)
- Click the [Update Status] button
- Select the status to apply to all selected clients
- Click the [Update Status] button
