Schedule Information Permission Settings

1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Schedule Settings” found in the sidebar under Activities 

2. Check the box beside: 
   • “Show number of shift openings to volunteers” 
   • “Allow volunteers to see who is assigned to an activity or activity shift” 

3. Click the [Save] button 

Note: Only volunteers can change their privacy settings; an administrator cannot change this for a volunteer. If a volunteer has not given permission to have their name displayed, “Anonymous” will be shown instead.
