About this feature: The Rich Text Boxes enable you to enter and format text in a variety of ways, including: Font family, Font size, Emphasis (text, color, bold, etc.). In addition to text, links can be added and images embedded (videos may be inserted into any non-email rich text box).
Rich Text Boxes are available in the following areas throughout the software:
- Description fields (custom fields, qualifications, activities, general interests, feedback fields)
- Header text for custom fields and qualifications
- Application form messages (volunteer policies, message to complete application form, application completion message)
- News Sections
- Mission Statement
- Email body (and email templates)
- eLearning Modules and Content sections
