Enterprise: Schedule Statuses

  1. Go to Accounts, then click on “Schedule Statuses” found in the sidebar 
  1. In the “Filters” section, select the desired accounts to include in the display. If you have created Regions, your accounts will be displayed within their respective region. You can select individual accounts, some/all accounts in a region or all accounts in your enterprise 
  1. Mouse over the desired date square to see the status of all scheduled activity assignments on that day for all selected accounts.
    • From here, you can click on the “Details” link to open a window that displays the information with one row for each account that has scheduled activities running on that day
