Add a Module to a Current Profile

Note: The Quick Search bar does not include archived profiles in the search. If you would like to retrieve an archived profile, search for that person by starting at People >> Search. 

Note: The Modules that display in the “Miscellaneous” section will depend on what options you have purchased for your organization. 

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search. 
  1. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears. 
  1. In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section. 
  1. Click the appropriate heading (i.e. “Volunteer”, “Administrator”, “Client”, “Member”, “Donor”), select the desired status for the selected module from the dropdown options. 
  1. Click the [Add to Module] button.
