One Custom Field
- Go to: People, then click on “Approve Custom Fields” found in the sidebar under Volunteers >> Custom Fields
- From the Admin Home Page, click on the “Custom Field Approvals” in the Status Update section
- Mouse over the Options icon beside the entry
- Click on “Approve” or “Reject”
One Custom Field from an Individual’s Profile
- Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar
- Click on the person’s name from the list that appears
- In the “Main” tab, click on the “Custom Fields” sub-tab
- Click the green [Approve] or [Reject] button
Multiple Custom Fields
- Go to: People, then click on “Approve Custom Fields” found in the sidebar under Volunteers >> Custom Fields
- From the Admin Home Page, click on the “Custom Field Approvals” in the Status Update section
- Check the box beside each entry you would like to approve or reject
- Scroll to the bottom and select the desired value from the “Change Selected” dropdown list
