The Personal Profile Raw Data report can be used for this. Follow the steps outlined in this help article. When you get to the Columns to Include section, scroll down to the Hours Logged heading and check off the “Include date volunteered of most recent hours entry” box. This will include a column in the report that tells you the last date that a volunteer logged hours on.
