Content Font Settings

Note: The software enables universal settings to be created at the Enterprise level, and custom settings to be created within the sub-accounts.

If these settings are saved only at the Enterprise level, they will be implemented at both the Enterprise and sub-account levels.

Settings saved in a sub-account will override the Enterprise settings within that sub-account only.

If Full Enterprise administrators want to remove the ability for sub-account administrators to create their own custom settings, please reach out to our Support team to have the permission settings on this feature updated on your account.

  1. Go to Configuration >> Branding >> Content Font Settings

  2. In the desired section (“Email Content”, “Non-Email Content”), select the defaults you would like to use for Text Box fields:

    • Font Face (select from the drop list)

    • Font Weight (select either “Normal” or “Bold” from the drop list)

Enterprise Branding Considerations

Enterprise Banner Management

With an Enterprise account, you have three options for displaying your banners:

  1. One banner across all accounts in your Enterprise

  2. A separate banner for each account

  3. An Enterprise banner and a separate banner for each account

Important: When a user is engaged in more than one account, they will see the applicable banners fading from one to the other in options 2 and 3.

Enterprise Theme Management

Depending on the settings selected for your account, the theme options selected at the enterprise level may also determine the theme for all sub-accounts within your enterprise. To either grant or prohibit sub-account access to managing the theme settings, please contact support.
