👉 Buddy Program: Better Impact Buddies are administrators, like you, willing to share their knowledge and expertise with other administrators who use the software. To find a Better Impact Buddy, navigate to the very bottom of the People menu. From here, you can filter the list by keyword or type of program. Select one of the admin profiles and access their contact information to reach out and connect.

👉 User Groups: User Groups are organized by industry or region. They meet to learn from each other and discuss different topics related to using Better Impact. To join one, go to the “We’re Here To Help” button on any menu in the software. Click on User Groups to explore the options. (Or find the link at the bottom of this message.)
