- Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar
- Click on the person’s name from the list that appears
- Click on the “Connections” tab
- Click on the “Encounters” sub-tab
- Click the [Log a Client Encounter] button
- In the “Log a Client Encounter” dialog:
- Select the name of the associated Volunteer from the drop list
- Enter the Encounter Date
- If applicable, in the Details section, enter the desired responses to the Client Reporting Fields
- Click the [Save] button, or [Save and Log Another] to continue logging additional Encounters
