Delete Interactions for One Client
- Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar
- Click on the person’s name from the list that appears
- Click on the “Connections” tab
- Click on the “Encounters” sub-tab Optional: Filter the list of encounters
- Mouse over the Options icon beside the encounter
- Select “Delete”
- Click the [Delete] button to confirm
View Multiple Client Interactions
- Go to People, then click on “Client Encounters” found in the sidebar under Connections
- Optional: Filter the list of encounters
- Check the box beside each person requiring a status change (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom)
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Reject/Delete” from the Change Selected dropdown list
- Check the box to confirm that you understand that this process cannot be undone
- Click the [Reject/Delete] button
