Client Profile Status Changes

Change One Client’s Status 

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar 
  1. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears 
  1. In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section 
  1. In the “Client” section, select the desired status for the profile 
  1. Click the [Save Status] button 

Note: The Quick Search bar does not search archived clients. If you would like to retrieve someone from an archived status, search for that client by starting at People >> Search and then editing the profile. 

Change Status of Multiple Clients 

  1. Go to People, then click on “Bulk Client Status Change” found in the sidebar under Clients 
  1. Search for the desired profiles to change 
  1. Check the box beside each person requiring a status change (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom) 
  1. Click the [Update Status] button 
  1. Select the desired status to apply from the dropdown menu 
  1. Click the [Update Status] button
