Administrator Email Notifications

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the admin’s name into the Quick Search 
  1. Click on the admin’s name from the list that appears 
  1. In the “Main” tab, click on the “Miscellaneous” section and select “Administrator” 
  1. Go to the Communications section and select the desired Notifications 
    • Client status change notifications: Sent when clients resign from your organization. This will change the client’s status to “Archived” 
    • New client application notifications: sent when new clients complete your application form 
  1. Click the [Save] button at the bottom of the “Admin Settings” section 

IMPORTANT: If notifications have been enabled, they are for all clients in your organization. Notifications cannot be restricted to specific clients or types of clients.
