How can I override the alphabetical order for Feedback Fields, Templates, etc.?

Many places throughout the software lists will automatically be sorted alphabetically. If there is not a green button to the right that allows you to drag the listed items into your preferred order, we recommend placing a 1, 2, 3, or A, B, C. at the beginning of each name to force the order you would prefer. If you opt for numerical order, and have more than 9 items in your list, you will want to start your numbering with 01., 02., 03, etc.
