View Enterprise Email History

Configuring What You Will See in a User’s Email History  

Note: Depending on how you asked us to configure your Enterprise, this will display the history of emails sent from the Enterprise level only or from the Enterprise level and Account level to a user. 

Enterprise email options that we can set for you: 

  • Enterprise can view Account email message records 
  • Accounts can view Enterprise mail message records 

IMPORTANT: Security Group administrators may or may not be able to see the emails sent by other Security Groups. You can also prevent a Limited Administrator from viewing the email history. 

View Single Profile Emails 

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar. 
  1. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears. 
  1. Click on the “Communications” tab 
  1. Click on the “Email History” sub-tab 
  1. Mouse over the Options icon to the left of the email  
  1. Click “View” to see the content details of an email 

Note: Welcome Emails that are sent to an applicant, upon the completion of the application form (if enabled), can be viewed in the individual’s email history. 

View All Emails  

  1. Go to Communicate, then click on “Email History” found in the sidebar under Email 
  1. If desired, select/enter filters and click the green [Filter] button 
  1. Mouse over the Options icon to the left of the date the email  
  1. Click “View” to see the contents of the email
