About this feature: The automated Anniversaries feature is calculated from the profiles’ Date Joined; found in the Miscellaneous section of all profiles. The Date Joined is the original date the application form was completed and submitted to the organization.
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module and Status, Communication and Group Filters select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Volunteer Anniversary” from the dropdown list
- You can either search by entering exact dates (month and day values) or by using dynamic dates
- Years of Service: Select a desired option from the dropdown menu, and enter a number of years into the associated field(s)
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
