New Member Email Message (Welcome Email)

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Application Form Settings” found in the sidebar under Recruitment 
  1. Click on the Member Application Form tab 
  1. In the “General Settings” section: 
    • Send Email: Check box if you would like an email automatically sent to each new applicant following completion of the form 
    • New Member Email Message: enter your custom message in the text box 
  1. Click the [Save] button at the top (or bottom) of the page 

Note: The sender email address of the Welcome Email will reflect the email address listed in the Organization Settings >> Contact Information at the time the email was sent to the new applicant.
