Change Password

Note: If you have forgotten your username and/or your password, just click on the link “Forgot your username or password” from the login screen. You’ll see two options: 
1. I forgot: 
a. My password: Enter your username in the field 
b. My username: Enter the email address that is associated with your profile 

2. After entering the required information, click the [Send Email] button. 

If you have forgotten both your username and password, please complete the username recovery first. 

Change Your Password 

1. Go to the My Profile Menu (the green profile icon or your profile picture at the top right), then click “Edit My Profile”. 

2. In the “Contact” section of the “Main” tab, click the [Change Password] button on the right-hand side of the page 

3. Enter your current password 

4. Enter the new password you would like to create 

5. Confirm your new password 

6. Click the [Save] button 

Change Another User’s Password 

1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search. 

2. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears. 

3. In the “Contact” section of the “Main” tab, click the [Change Password] button on the right-hand side of the page 

4. Enter the new temporary password you would like to create 

5. Confirm the new temporary password 

6. Click the [Save] button 

IMPORTANT: Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 12 characters in length. Passwords must also contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one number.
