Adding Back a Removed User

If you have removed a user profile and now would like to have that user back in your organization, you’ll need to:

  1. Generate a link to your application form

  2. Send that link to the user that was removed

  3. Have them re-apply, starting on the right-hand side of the page, labelled “I already have a username”

  4. Once the application has been re-submitted, you will once again see their profile in your organization account.
