👀 Better Impact has many preformatted reports, however when these don’t provide exactly what you need, using one of our Raw Data reports allows you dig deeper into your data for a more customizable report.

👉 Who are you reporting on? The first step in creating a Raw Data report is to select which group of volunteers to report on. Using the “Add Search Criteria” feature can help pinpoint the exact group. This search can be saved to be used in future reporting.
👉 What do you want to know? After the volunteers have been selected, use the check boxes to select which data is shown in your report. The data can be then viewed within Better Impact or exported into Excel. The choices that are made can also be saved as a template for a future report.
👉 DataBaseUserID: Every profile in Better Impact has a unique numeric code. By selecting this option, reports can be accurately combined and sorted without using names (which can cause issues when there are duplicates).
