Using Saved Raw Data Reports

IMPORTANT: Saved reports are unique to the administrator and the feature in which it is created. Your saved searches are not available to other administrators or in other menu options. 

  1. Go to: Reports  
  1. Select the desired Raw Data Report from the sidebar menu 
  1. Enter the desired profile search criteria or load a saved search and click [Search] 
  1. Select the desired saved report from the dropdown menu at the top of the Report section/page 
  1. Click the [Load Report] button. 
  1. The column selections and report options for that report are then loaded. 
  1. Optional: Make any needed changes to the settings and selections 
  1. Click either the [View…] button to see it on screen, or the [Export…] button to export the file
