Receipt Branding Settings

Upload Receipt Banner 

1. Go to Configuration, then click on “Donation Settings” found in the sidebar under Donation 

2. Scroll down to the “Receipt Banner” section 

3. Click on the [Choose File] button and select your image 

4. Click the [Upload Banner] button. 

5. Your banner will be displayed in the “Current Banner” section directly above 

Delete Receipt Banner 

1. Go to Configuration, then click on “Donation Settings” found in the sidebar under Donation 

2. Scroll down to the “Receipt Banner” section 

3. Click the [Remove Banner] button 

IMPORTANT: If you remove your banner, you cannot retrieve it later through Better Impact. 

Receipt Theme and Font Settings

1. Go to Configuration, then click on “Donation Settings” found in the sidebar under Donation 

2. Scroll down to the “Receipt Theme” section 

3. Click on the box for the setting you would like to change 
   • Font Settings: Select the option you prefer from the available dropdown menu 
   • Color Settings: Colors can be selected from a palette or by entering the specific HEX code 
     • You can also click the green icon to the right of each option to choose a color from your banner 
       • Click on an area in the banner, and the corresponding HEX code value will be displayed for that color 
       • Click [OK] to use the selected color 

4. Preview the changes at the bottom of the screen 
   • To see your changes immediately, click the [Refresh] button 

5. Once you are happy with your changes, click the [Save] button at the top right corner of the Receipt Theme section. Only one theme can be saved, but it can be cleared at any time (I.e. the [Clear] button), enabling you to revert to the default settings 

IMPORTANT: If you choose to clear your branding settings, you cannot retrieve them later.
