My Document Library

About this feature: The “My Document Library” enables administrators, who may not have access to the Document Library under the Configuration menu, to have read-only access to files that they are allowed to see. They will see documents from the organization and enterprise (if applicable) that are associated with the administrator module and all documents that are associated with a module to which the administrator has administrative access. 

  1. Go to the My Profile Menu (the green profile icon at the top right), then click “My Document Library”. 
  1. If needed, use the options in the Filters section to filter which types of files you want to see 
  1. Mouse over the Options icon beside the Document and select: 
    • View 
    • Generate Link 

Important: When using generated link, remember that only those with the selected module type and visibility settings will be able to access the document. In addition to matching these criteria, accessing a document using the link will require the user to log in with their username and password.  

For this reason, links to Documents should never be shared publicly or used in publicly visible Text Boxes.
