- Go to Configuration, then click on “Donation Settings” found in the sidebar under Donation
- In the “Message Settings” section, customize the following for your donation receipts:
Donation Email: This email is automatically sent to your donors after a successful one time donation and for each successful donation from a donation subscription.
- Default messages are available for the subject and body of the email (view by clicking on the Information icon beside the message option).
One Time Donation Custom Messages: These messages are shown on the screen, after a one time donation.
- Donation Success Message
- Donation Failure Message
Donation Subscription Custom Messages: This message is shown on the screen, after a donation subscription is successfully set up.
