About this feature: The automated Birthday features are calculated from the birthdates provided in the Contact Information section of the profiles. The software will only be able to utilize information that has been entered into this field.
Note: The birthday message will display, for one day only, on the user’s birthday.
- Go to Communicate, then click on “Birthday Message” found in the sidebar
- In the text box, compose the message that you want to have displayed to users when they log on to myImpactPage.com, myImpactPage.mobi, or the timeclock on their birthday
- The message can contain text (formatted), images, links, and videos.
- Click the [Save] button
Tip: You can personalize the message by including %%1 to display the user’s first name. (Entering %%2 will display the user’s last name).
