Birthday Alerts

About this feature: Birthday Alerts appear in the Status Update section on an admins home page. This automated Birthday feature is calculated from the birthdates provided in the Contact Information section of the profiles. The software will only be able to utilize information that has been entered into this field. These alerts have a couple of customizable options that can be updated using the instructions below. 

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Alert Settings” found in the sidebar under Organization Settings 
  1. In the General Alerts section, go to the “Birthday Alerts” 
  1. Check the box if you only want people with a status of “Accepted/Active” to be included in the Birthday Alert list 
  1. Enter the number of days prior to a person’s birthday that you would like them to appear on the list 
  1. Click the [Save] button
