Update Client Personal Message

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar 
  1. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears 
  1. In the “Communications” tab, click on the “Personal Message” sub-tab 
  1. Enter the desired text or edit the current text (text only, no images or formatting) 
    • The text will display on the client’s home page in the “Personal Message” section 
  1. Click the [Save] button
