Show Client Reporting Field Responses

Note: If the information entered during a client encounter is not sensitive in nature, you can let your volunteers view the information they have entered in the client reporting fields for past client interactions. It might be beneficial to seek input from your organization’s privacy officer before choosing to enable this feature. 

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Connection Settings” found in the sidebar under Connections 
  1. In the “Settings for Volunteer Portal” section, check the box to enable volunteers to view past recorded client encounter feedback 
  1. Scroll down and click the [Save] button
